C.A.R.E. (Counselling and Retraining for Employment) Employment provides individual pre-vocational training, employment placement and support for those who are managing a mental health disability or, through a recent enhancement of our service, a mild intellectual disability. Through this process, C.A.R.E. aims to assist clients to move towards self-direction, autonomy and full participation in the community.

C.A.R.E. Employment was established in 1985 and quickly became one of Sydney's largest providers of specialist employment services, for people managing their mental health.

Highly skilled Employment Consultants work with individuals to develop client-specific plans and assist them with goal development. As a not for profit organisation, our services are offered AT NO COST to participating clients.
