Eligibility Criteria

C.A.R.E. entry criteria are non-discriminatory. That is, there are no restrictions on entry, other than those defined by C.A.R.E. target group and contractual obligations. We do not discriminate in respect of age, gender, race, culture or religion.

C.A.R.E. can assist people who meet the following criteria:

Have a diagnosed mental illness or a mild intellectual disability
Are 15 yrs of age or older
Have regular contact with a mental health support worker
Willing to work at least 8 hours per week
Have a medical clearance to work from their treating doctor
Centrelink endorsement

Referral Process

To be referred, or to refer someone to C.A.R.E. EMPLOYMENT, simply call us. Once we have received the appropriate details, an assessment interview is arranged. This is an opportunity to decide whether or not C.A.R.E. EMPLOYMENT can provide a service that best meets your needs.
